Core features:
eService is a completely Web-based customer service solution that handles long-term service for complex problems, automatically documenting the service and allowing both the service agent and customer to track performance. In addition, it allows the service manager to easily evaluate and measure the quality of the long-term service.


It includes:
Comprehensive workflow of technical or specialized service through Web and email;
Personalized customer service, based upon service contracts and customer characteristics;

Led the project and worked extensively in all phases of the development life cycle of the project that comprises Product Database Management System and Inventory Management System. This system facilitates designing and managing the product structure, maintaining the structure as well as its components at various levels. The Product structure is a hierarchical representation of the end product that is on the top in the hierarchy. The lower nodes in the hierarchy contain the sub-assemblies and components used.

This system also facilitates preparation of Manufacturing Order (MFO) that extracts the product structure from the product database and calculates the components required along with the corresponding quantities to manufacture an end product of n units. The process also involves monitoring stock levels in the stores and preparation of auto requisition and auto indenting.

Project Brief:
Developed several modules of the project that facilitate the comprehensive study of logistics for the air cargo system. This system aids in automatically generating Airway bill (AWB) through a series of inputs and automatically generates a database of thenew customers or takes the older basis data with fresh inputs to generate new AWB. Another salient feature of this system is the identification of optimal routing of the cargo to the destination by taking into consideration various factors like routes available, flights available, time constraints and nature of goods like mechanical and perishable etc.
